I spent the majority of my career with one of the nation's largest retail mortgage lenders as both a high producing loan officer and a director of mortgage banking (leading 12-25 individual loan officers). My experience and consistently high production in retail lending afforded me the opportunity to directly experience and be involved in nearly every possible nuance which can be associated with a real estate transaction. During my time leading a team of loan officers, my group was responsible for roughly $1.26B in funded loan transactions each year. While I have a love for the speed and volume of transactions that filter through a retail mortgage company's operations - as we saw the market begin to turn in 2022 - I chose to take my talents and experiences to the wholesale side of the business. This calculated decision to leave retail for wholesale lending was to ensure that I could pass along the world class service I'm so accustomed to providing, with accompanying fairly priced wholesale loan solutions. In my personal life, I grew up in metro Detroit and am a huge college football, ice hockey, and golf fan. My wife and our two young children have called the Arizona desert home since 2013 - today, I pride myself on being able to take my experience to assist homeowners and prospective homebuyers in my own local community.
